Revision/Amendment Policy

  • Revisions are offered to clients in case their requirements are not met 100% as per the initial scope.
  • We offer free revisions as long as they’re within the scope.
  • The revisions are unlimited provided that they do not exceed the initial scope agreed upon.
  • The minimum revision turnaround time is 48 hours. In case it is needed earlier than that, an additional cost is incurred.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is what we intend to accomplish and that makes us deliver the best to our clients. However, in case you are not fully satisfied you can;

  • Avail our unlimited free revisions offer before claiming for a refund.
  • In case you are still not confident about the work delivered or in any way find that our delivered work ceased to meet all your specified requirements, you can submit a refund request.
  • The refund request is to be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery of the initial order. After 24 hours of the delivery, it will be considered that the customer is satisfied with our services and will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  • For any special/combo packages, the refund will be applied similarly as that on single packages.
  • The amount refunded to the client will exclude the service and transaction charges.
  • Refund requests will not be entertained if the client changes the requirement exceeding the initial scope agreed upon and claims that the work is not done as per the requirement.
  • The Refund is to be processed within 1 week of refund request approval by KwickBoxConsultant.com.

How to Claim Your Refund

To make sure that your refund request is approved, kindly make sure to meet the following requirements:

  • You are required to specify your concern while requesting a refund. To claim your refund, contact us via any of the following modes:
  • We will try our best to resolve your concerns by means of our refund policy. In case the matter stays unresolved, we will send you an approval e-mail on your refund request.
  • After the refund is made, KwickBoxConsultant.com shall have the copyright again. The client will not have any authority or any right to display the work sent by the company. Kindly undertake some points mentioned below.
  1. Once the rights are fully transferred to the company, you agree that you have no right (direct or indirect) to use any of the designs or content, work product or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
  2. Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies, KwickBoxConsultant.com would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded work that would restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future..

Account Area

  • The account area is a convenient yet user-friendly way to communicate with the company. It is the responsibility of our clients to keep checking the account area in order to avoid any delay in addressing any queries, concerns or instructions required by the designer or content creator.
  • If you do not check or use the account area frequently, you will not be provided enough adequate grounds for claiming a refund.
  • If you have trouble understanding how to use the account area, contact our customer service and they will guide you accordingly.

Delivery Policy

  • We provide an order reference number soon after the order is placed. This enables the customers to track the status of that order and post revisions against the reference number.
  • We deliver all our customized orders via e-mail within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order.

Record Maintenance

  • Even after delivering the order to our clients, we keep a record of the orders delivered and this information is stored and maintained in our database. When you receive your order, we still keep the final product in our record.
  • Therefore, if you ever need the final files in the future, we can provide them to you.
  • To obtain the final product, simply make a request to us and we will deliver you the files again.

Photos, Images & Digital Content Policy

  • KwickBoxConsultant.com only uses non-exclusive, royalty free photos or images in its design services and does not claim any right of ownership for the same.
  • All Information about the royalty free Images/photos and digital content used for custom orders will be kept in company's archive for NOT more than 6 months, after which the content is automatically removed from the records.
  • The royalty free content is allowed for web use only. In case the customer wants to print these images or photos, a separate subscription fee applies.
  • KwickBoxConsultant.com is not liable for any claim of ownership of the image, photo or digital content used in production by the third party.
